A florist by trade, Elli owned and operated her own flower shop and online flower delivery business for 11 years. During that time, she was also a client of Empire Accountants. When she sold her business in 2026, Beth and Tash invited her to join the Empire Bookkeeping team.

Over the past decade, Elli has put her Diploma of Business to great use, gaining extensive hands-on experience in business ownership. This has given her a deep understanding not only of the financial side of running a business, but also the operational and logistical challenges that business owners face every day.

Outside of work, Elli loves getting lost in a good book. She's obsessed with dogs. She is passionate about travel and enjoys exploring beautiful parts of the country in her campervan. She also has a keen eye for design and can often be found on Pinterest dreaming up ideas for her next home renovation project. In addition, she enjoys helping other small business owners by building brands and creating websites.

Elli is inspired by beauty in all its forms and has a knack for finding it in everyday moments. It's not unusual for her to pull over and photograph a beautiful flower she spots while driving. She strongly believes in being intentional about the lifestyle you create for yourself and sees happiness and contentment as some of life's greatest gifts.

With her firsthand experience as a business owner, Elli has a clear understanding of how businesses operate and what it takes to keep them running smoothly. She is passionate about helping business owners feel organised and confident in their day-to-day finances. Having worn many hats herself, she understands the pressures that come with running a business and knows it is impossible to do everything alone.
